Keo dán gạch WELMAX (Wel 803) là sản phẩm gốc xi măng đóng gói sẵn, được sản xuất trên dây chuyền hiện đại theo công thức phụ gia của Thailand. Nguyên liệu chọn lọc,được cải tiến linh hoạt , được biến tính bằng Polymer hiệu xuất cao với đặc tính tăng độ bám dính và chống trượt. Khi dùng trộn với nước tạo nên Vữa/Keo có độ dẻo, độ bám dính rất cao.Sản phẩm đạt tiêu chuẩn chất lượng Việt Nam 7899- 2:2008 và ISO 13007-2:2005

CONSTRUCTION SURFACE PREPARATION:
- The construction surface must be flat, firm, clean, free from grease, dirt and other impurities... - If applying in conditions of high temperature and direct sunlight, it is necessary to water to reduce the temperature of the surface and at the same time carry out curing after completion of construction.
MIXING AND CONSTRUCTION PRODUCTS:
- Need 5-6 liters of clean water (or adhesive strengthening solution) into the bucket, slowly pour in the glue powder and mix well.
- Using a slow speed mixer, mix until the product has a uniform plasticity, stop mixing for about 3-5 minutes for the product to react chemically, mix again and then apply.
- Use a serrated trowel to evenly apply the glue mixture to the construction surface, creating a layer of thickness of 2-5 mm to increase the contact area between the brick surface and the construction surface, to avoid peeling and cracking of the brick.
- Place and align the tiling material, use a rubber hammer (or a generator) to knock evenly on the surface of the tiling material to ensure that the material is glued evenly and firmly.
PRESERVATION:
- In a dry place, do not put on the floor, do not stack more than 10 bags. (HSD 12 months).
